This is sheer heaven.....Barbra doing what she's doing best...and taking us along for the ride. The DVD has to come out soon. Not years from now. It's going to be an amazing companion to an already gorgeous CD. Siep |

Well, it looks like it's already been completely edited with a nearly perfect sound mix!
She should release this for the holidays in a Special Edition package -- it would make a fabulous companion piece to LITA when Sony re-launches the CD for Thanksgiving and Christmas. |

Well, I hope they just release the DVD on it's own for Xmas sales. I don't really want to start re-buying extra copies of the CD. Unless......... there
will be some of the other songs they had recorded but didn't include on this CD, that they can add as extra bonus material. But, no, I think that those
will be for another sequel album like Back To Broadway. I think the DVD can easily stand on it's own. Both The Concert and Timeless had their CD's out
first and then the DVD's followed later by themselves. I know this situation is slightly different, but relatively the same. I don't think the VV's
DVD will have any problem what so ever selling!

I think I used 6 tissues that night! So amazing to see it again already. From the angle I was sitting I could see Barbras left side when she was singing and
behind her was that photo of her from the 60's. It was a really cool backdrop.

I think a cd first would be ok as it will add another cd to her legendary catalogue and why not she worked for it. Then a dvd for more royalties

Wow! I woke up this morning still in awe of what I heard last night. I cannot get over how wonderful these clips are and am so glad we have more to look

If You Go Away was incredible. What the hell is she doing. This is the best she has sounded in years and for her age...wow.
They should release this as is. Hope it is a TV special first to spur album sales like they did with the Tony Bennett duets album several years ago. |

Gosh...well i m making my own dvd till this gets properly released! This mini concert is pure perfection-and i can't believe that it happened on Saturday
and now we are all able to watch it!

True, what an amazing version of the song....the last verse was absolutely heartwrenching. What a performance. 'If you go away" is one top
moment...Another for me is "Some other time". Her vocal is really flawless on that one and her improvisations brilliant. I don't think i can gush
enough over all this, i mean first the amazing album, the quartet cd and then this concert? And we have Jonathan Ross also, where we ll get another version of
"If you go away"....Heaven for fans :-)
